Independance Day is an incredible show with Fireworks on the lake. The 4th of July celebration has many festivities in and around Big Bear, picnics in the parks, and bbq's everywhere. The fireworks extravaganza can be seen from some of the properties. Our homes are conveniently located for shopping in the village, dining in many of the restaurants, just 2 blocks from "Boulder Bay Park", Big Bear's newest "on the lake" park., as well as Steps to Pleasure Point Marina for all your boating & fishing needs, the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, Mini-Golf, Bowling, or any of the many resort activites you may choose to indulge in.
